I hope this is okay Pumpkin. You said shading was okay, so i painted it in a monochromatic way.

Okay, so Tobi's inner sin would have to be pride. With his limitless ego, his biggest personal flaw is that he thinks far to highly of himself, often to the point of even belittling another. Of course, this type of thinking is thought only, never to be revealed to another. Deep down, he thinks of himself superior to many, unless that is, they prove to interest him.
